Women's Only CrossFit: CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program used by recreational, elite and professional athletes worldwide. CrossFit Striking: The workouts will be largely based around the CrossFit that we all know and love/hate but we'll be spicing it up a little by giving it a boxing focus. No prior knowledge of the pugilistic arts are required and no one will need a mouth-guard - not only because we don't want to see anyone get hurt but our insurance doesn't cover Fight Club nights in the basement, alas. SwimFit: Tuesday and Thursday night swims at Sheridan Park Pool. On Tuesday we do swimming WODs and Thursdays we work on technique. ALL ARE WELCOME! All you need is a Chicago Park District season pool pass ($40)
RowFit Endurance Team: The goal of the Endurance program is to get athletes faster, stronger, better in endurance capacities in the different areas (rowing, biking, swimming, running) without over training. The philosophy of the program will follow the CrossFit Endurance philosophy of short, interval training. Less IS more. Our training will focus on RowFit's 2011 Race schedule.
