*Advanced Rowing for members who have been rowing for at least 6 months and know their 2k time.

CrossFit Class Schedule:

 

CrossFit Level 1 - This is an introductory class for anyone new to CrossFit who would like to try out the program.

Saturday @ 10am

 

CrossFit Level 2 - This class is designed for people who have been through CrossFit Elements or have prior CrossFit experience.

CrossFit Level 3 - This class is designed for members who have been through the CrossFit Elements course OR have been approved by a RowFit Instructor.  YOU MUST HAVE APPROVAL to register for this class.

LiftFit Schedule This class is designed for Level 2 CrossFitters.  YOU MUST HAVE APPROVAL to register for this class.
